A specialized quality control training session was organized for the team at Minel India, focused on the interpretation of welded joints in technical drawings and the visual inspection of welds.
The training was conducted by Vladimir Jović, IWE, Welding Engineer, who shared his expertise with the Quality Control team at Minel India.
The session covered key topics including inspection tools, evaluation criteria, and quality control procedures used for assessing welded structures in accordance with relevant industry standards. Special attention was given to practical measurement methods and standards-based evaluation, comparable to certified visual inspection training programs.
The training also brought together colleagues with different levels of prior experience, encouraging active discussion, knowledge exchange, and further professional development in this area.
