The pantograph painting process has been fully integrated into Minel India’s production process, introducing a controlled approach to surface protection and ensuring durable corrosion resistance and consistent quality.
The implementation was supported on site by Dušan Stanković from the Quality Assurance Department in Serbia, helping transfer the established process and know-how to the Indian production team.
The process includes defined standards for surface preparation, primer and topcoat application, drying, and final inspection, supported by precise quality controls such as dry film tickness and adhesion testing.
Aligned with the procedures used at our factory in Serbia, the painting process in India now follows the same quality standards, supporting consistent manufacturing quality across all markets.
