Colleagues from Minel Global Engineering recently visited Minel Ujantshi in South Africa to strengthen collaboration, review ongoing activities, and discuss the next phase of development.
During the visit, teams from Quality, Procurement, and Production exchanged knowledge, shared best practices, and explored initiatives supporting operational excellence and business growth.
Key topics included further enhancement of production standards, increased automation, and continuous improvements in the quality of pantographs manufactured for the African market.
The visit also reinforced collaboration between international teams, strengthening knowledge sharing and supporting the long-term development of Minel’s operations across Africa.
