Minel India is advancing its operations through a combination of capacity expansion and further development of its operational framework.
During a visit to the Indian site, CEO Goran Volf and COO Dušan Matić met with local teams to review key processes across production, quality, finance, and HR. The discussions focused on onboarding, supplier development, and operational systems, with priorities defined for the upcoming period.
With current capacities nearing full utilization, activities are underway to identify a new production location. At the same time, steps are being taken to further align the business model with local regulatory and market conditions.
In parallel, plans are being developed to establish a structured local service support model, aimed at improving response times and strengthening on-site presence.
These activities support the next phase of Minel India’s development, based on clear processes, strong organization, and a long-term approach.
